TRAINED TO FACE REALITY
We at Blucrew Academy believe in practical exercises where you yourself can solve real problems instead of just reading about them. Therefore, in addition to theoretical lessons we also have practical exercises where students are faced with extraordinary, real-job situations. These can be anything from emergency and disaster situations to a customer service situation, depending on what your organisation needs to develop and improve.
EDUCATION
Blucrew Academy's training programmes are based on experiential learning. To really succeed at learning, you need a strong sense of reality and a high degree of recognition. Therefore all our teachers have a solid background in both aviation and teaching and use real events in training and practice situations that are followed up with feedback. The reality-based training better equips employees to meet with customers while the training and practice situations reinforce learning.
